Prior to Training
Investing in something that you can see the improvement immediately after, feels good. This is why we know collecting data on your community’s current occupancy, engagement with seniors, and sales actions prior to training will give everyone a starting point as to where your team stands with skills.
One week prior to training (unless you book training within the 1 week window) you will receive communication about the training including; any Zoom links, handouts, and what to expect during training.
Post-training, we will follow up with your team to collect more data points on the same indicators as prior to training. We will do this twice, about 2 weeks and 3 months after training.
